We’ll also provide handover sessions with your team to ensure that the solution can be used once the engagement concludes. As-Built documentation will also be provided as part of handover so that you’ll have everything you need moving forward.
Professional Services from Endpoint Focus is provided at a fixed cost or charged per time and materials. Typically fixed cost engagements are suited towards project and outcome driven goals, with time and materials for ad-hoc or break-fix situations.
